We loved having you all come through the BSC over this past year to study, hang out, join lectures, engage in reading groups, and share meals!

Presenting: our newly repaved parking lot!!🚗

Thanks to many donors who came together to fully fund our Giving Tuesday “Pave our Lot” campaign, we were able to repave our parking area this January—a much needed project! No more potholes, rocks, or unclear lines for parking students and visitors!

We are so grateful for the generosity of our community, near and far, for making this happen! It has allowed our space to become more accessible and welcoming for students, faculty, and community members.

We’ll be closed this coming week for VT spring break, but come by later in March to experience our new lot along with a free cup of coffee or tea!

We were honored to have Dr. John Walton come speak

We were honored to have Dr. John Walton come speak to our spring Fellows cohort last week! Students were eager to engage with him over dinner and a lecture as he spoke on the concepts of relationship and presence as core and unifying themes within Scripture.

Dr. Walton has written dozens of books on understanding the Bible within its context, including “The Lost World of Genesis One.”

Due to weather conditions this week and consideration for our speaker’s safe travels, the Veritas Forum “Extending Mercy in an Unforgiving Age” has unfortunately been POSTPONED to a later time this spring.

We are working on solidifying a new date for this event, and we hope to announce that soon!

Throwback to a few weekends ago when we hosted our

Throwback to a few weekends ago when we hosted our first ever Fellows Retreat! This overnight trip to nearby @williejack1957 camp facility was a great time of fellowship and exploring spiritual formation practices as we jump into a new semester of studies. We loved getting to connect more with students and see them connect with each other!

We are SO thankful for our awesome team of volunte

We are SO thankful for our awesome team of volunteers who showed up this past Saturday to deep clean our building!!

This group came together and worked incredibly hard scrubbing baseboards, mopping, cleaning our kitchen appliances, organizing our cabinets, cleaning our trash cans, and more.

While programs and student engagement are at the center of what we do, it takes many people working behind the scenes to create an atmosphere where that can happen!

We are excited to open our (now cleaned) doors once again to students, faculty, and community members tomorrow! Come by, grab a cup of coffee, and hang out!📚☕️

Exam week is done, and just like that, students are headed home for break!

We had a blast serving food, hosting extended study hours, and giving out as many Christmas cookies as we possibly could!🍪🎄

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU to all the volunteers who helped us serve more than 100 students! You donated time, snacks, cookies, soup, lasagna, and all kinds of additional help which allowed us to offer special hospitality to students during what is often a very stressful and grueling week for them!

Throwing it back to a few weeks ago when we had the privilege to partner with @fpa_theatre to present a live stage play of C.S. Lewis’ masterpiece, “The Screwtape Letters”!

It was a compelling performance, and with a sold out show, it was quite an event to remember!

We are glad so many of you were able to make it out to Moss Arts Center to enjoy it!

It’s been a quiet week here at the study center, which means we’re excited to have students back from break!

We’ve been hard at work decorating for Christmas, so students, be sure to stop by this week for some festive vibes and hot coffee to give you an extra boost as you return to classes! 🎄☺️
