Building Use Agreement

All buildings reserving the Bradley Study Center after hours must read and sign off on these perimeters:

I, or the group I represent, will keep my event within the building space and time agreed to in the reservation.(Required)
I, or the group I represent, will ensure that no alcohol will be served at any events taking place at the Center. We understand that tobacco and cannabis (medical or recreational) are prohibited on the premises. All smoking is prohibited, including vaping and e-cigarettes.(Required)
I, or the group I represent, will be responsible for returning any furniture that is moved to its original position, including all chairs and tables.(Required)
I, or the group I represent, will be responsible for making sure all windows are locked, lights are turned off, and doors are secured when leaving the building.(Required)
I, or the group I represent, will be responsible for cleaning the room upon completion of the event. This includes washing any dishes used and removing all garbage from the floors and tables, and disposing of used garbage bags in the large blue garbage can outside the back door. If using a caterer, it remains my responsibility to see that the space is clean by the end of the reservation.(Required)
I, or the group I represent, understand that we may not use the food supplies, paper goods, coffee maker, ovens, dishwasher, or espresso machine without permission.(Required)
I understand and agree that the Bradley Study Center will not be liable for any bodily injury or property damage resulting from the negligence of our organization or individuals using the Center.(Required)
I understand that I, and the group I represent, am financially responsible for any damages that result from our use of the Center and its meeting rooms.(Required)
I understand that failure to abide by these rules may result in loss of future privileges.(Required)
I have read and understood the rules for using the space at the Bradley Study Center(Required)
