Reservation Rules

Groups reserving the Bradley Study Center’s building outside of its regular operational hours must follow certain rules for using the building. This Building Use Agreement outlines the requirements for a local ministry or student group to use the building.

I, or the group I represent, will keep my event within the building space and time agreed to in the reservation.*

I, or the group I represent, will be responsible for adherence to all appropriate federal, state, and local statues, and all appropriate regulations of the Bradley Study Center. This includes active COVID-19 guidelines and mandates.*

I, or the group I represent, will ensure that no alcohol will be served at any events taking place at the Center. We also understand that smoking and vaping are prohibited on the property.*

I, or the group I represent, will be responsible for returning any furniture that is moved to its original position, including all chairs and tables.*

I, or the group I represent, will be responsible for making sure all windows are locked, lights are turned off, and doors are secured when leaving the building.*

I, or the group I represent, will be responsible for cleaning the room upon completion of the event. This includes washing any dishes used and removing all garbage from the floors and tables, and disposing of used garbage bags in the large blue garbage can outside the back door. If using a caterer, it remains my responsibility to see that the space is clean by the end of the reservation.*

I, or the group I represent, understand that we may not use the food supplies, paper goods, coffee maker, or espresso machine without permission.*

I understand and agree that the Bradley Study Center will not be liable for any bodily injury or property damage resulting from the negligence of our organization or individuals using the Center. I understand that I, and the group I represent, am financially responsible for any damages that result from our use of the Center and its meeting rooms. I understand that failure to abide by these rules may result in loss of future privileges.*

I understand that, in rare situations, the Bradley Study Center reserves the right to cancel my reservation and will notify me at least 2 weeks in advance if so.*

We value you our commitment to you. On very rare occasions, an in-house BSC event may take precedence, resulting in having to cancel your reservation. We will do our utmost to give you at least 2 weeks of notice if that happens. (We don't like pulling the rug either.)
